Free tier: Measuring without surveilling

Analytics, and the consent tooling that sits alongside it. The first group here is cookieless and privacy-preserving by design, several are open source and self-hostable, and they are listed first deliberately: for most small sites they answer the same questions as the advertising-funded alternatives without exporting visitor data.

Part of the Free Tier Services Directory.
